Golden syrup is a type of inverted sugar syrup used in traditional Cantonese moon cakes and lots of other Chinese desserts. It’s a type of inverted sugar that has a beautiful amber color , a rich and fruity aroma and a very creamy texture.
Ingredients: sucrose, water and permitted food acid.
Storage: placed in a cool and dry location that is not under direct sunlight such as a pantry or cupboard.
It is recommended to use within 3 months of opening.
