About Prima Flour Premixes
There are four (4) options of Prima Flour Premixes.
Prima Flour Cookie Mix 400g
Prima Cookie Mix’s duo usage for crispy and soft cookies allows you to bake cookies suitable for everyone’s taste! Suitable as a base for different flavours of cookies as well.

What you’ll Need:
- 400g Prima Flour Cookie Mix
- 135g Butter
- 1no. Egg
- 165g Chocolate Chips
Directions to prepare:
- Whisk Prima Flour Cookie Mix and the rest of the ingredients until a smooth dough is formed.
- Rest the dough in the chiller for 30 minutes or more.
- Divide the dough into 15g dough balls and place it on a greased baking paper.
- Bake at 175°C for 12 minutes or until edges are brown.
- Cool on a wire rack and ready to serve.
Prima Flour Doughnut Mix 350g
Prima Doughnut Mix is made with high-quality ingredients plus yeast, giving you doughnuts with a soft and smooth texture.
This premix is so versatile and acts as a great base for every type of doughnut – think the classic sugar doughnuts, jam-filled doughnuts and even salted egg yolk doughnut balls!
What you’ll Need:
- 350g Prima Flour Doughnut Mix
- 190 – 200ml Water
- 8cm Doughnut Cutter (recommended only)
- Cooking Oil (for frying)
Directions to prepare:
- Using a dough hook , mix Prima Doughnut Mix and water on low speed for 1 min. Increase to medium speed for another 9 mins. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 mins at room temperature.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle sheet on a floured surface. Fold 1/3 of the rectangle towards the center then fold the other end towards the center, rest for 10 mins. Turn 90 degrees and repeat step.
- Roll the dough out to 10mm thick and cut with a floured doughnut cutter. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour at room temperature.
- Heat oil to 180 C and deep fry doughnuts until golden brown.
- Tips: for remaining dough, roll them into doughnut balls.

What you’ll Need:
- 400g Prima Pancake Mix
- 3 nos. Egg
- 250ml Full Cream Milk
- 50ml Corn Oil
Directions to prepare:
- Mix Prima Pancake Mix and the rest of the ingredients until a smooth batter is formed.
- Heat frying pan over medium heat and pour in the batter as desired.
- Gently flip the pancake over when bubbles begin to set around the edges. Cook for 1-2 minutes more, or until golden brown.
Prima Flour Sponge Cake Mix 260g
Use Prima Sponge Cake Mix to create a base that boasts a soft, moist, fluffy texture with a fresh creamy fragrance. Extremely easy to mix, it is suitable to make sponge cakes, swiss rolls and cupcakes.

What you’ll Need:
For sponge cake:
- 250g Prima Sponge Cake Mix
- 5 nos. Egg
- 65ml Water
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 70ml Vegetable Oil
For filling:
- 500g Dairy Cream 35% fat
- 25g Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
For topping:
- 500g Dairy Whipped Cream
- 250g Strawberries thinly sliced
- 10pcs whole Strawberries
Directions to prepare:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk Prima Cake Mix, eggs, water and vanilla extract on maximum speed for 7-10 minutes until the batter turns pale yellow, fluffy and thick.
- Reduce to speed 1 and gradually pour in vegetable oil. Gently fold with a spatula until well-combined.
- Line cake pan with parchment paper and pour in batter. Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes.*
- Once cooled, slice the cake into 3 equal horizontal layers. Set aside.
- Whisk filling ingredients together until medium peak.
- Spread about 80g of whipped cream on a layer of sponge cake. Distribute 125g of sliced strawberries evenly across the layer. Spread 80g of whipped cream on the strawberries, and top it with another layer of sponge cake. Repeat for the next layer of cake.
- Evenly spread the remaining whipped cream on the topmost layer and then decorate with whole strawberries.
- Let the cake set in the chiller for at least 4-6 hours before serving.
*Tips: Cake is done when skewer stick inserted in centre comes out clean.
