General Guidance Usage
With each 225g of plain flour used,
- 1 level teaspoon in rich cakes
- 2 level teaspoons in medium rich cakes
- 4 level teaspoons in scones and bread.
Sift the Royal Baking Powder with the flour.
Add a pinch of Royal Baking Powder to produce fluffy pancakes and omelettes.
