Mylce Ready-to-Roll Fondant Icing is a non-stick, pliable icing that may be rolled out by hand using a rolling pin or by a mechanical sheeter.
Mylce Fondant produces a smooth elegant finish to any cake. It is the ideal cake covering used to cover wedding cakes, cupcakes, cookies, custom cakes, novelty and special occasion cakes.

Way to store fondant:
- Keep it covered in a container or wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Keep in a cool dry place.
- Keep Fondant away from direct light.
- Don’t freeze fondant
- Don’t contact with water
Method of using:
- Assemble the cake and pre-ice with buttercream, jam, or glaze syrup.
- Knead desired quantity of MyIce fondant until elastic and roll out to the required thickness using a light dusting of corn starch to prevent sticking.
- Drape fondant over the cake, adhere to top and sides.
- Trim the excess fondant and reseal in a polybag container
- Fondant can be coloured / flavoured
- Myice fondant can be also be used to make figurines and decorations
- Store fondant at room temperature in air-light container for a period of 12 months
