Use one pan to bake cakes shaped like letters from A to Z and numbers 0 to 9 perfect plus exclamation points, questions marks, and dollar signs. Usage:

Spray pan and all inserts with nonstick cooking spray. Choose desired letter/number. Follow instructions to place inserts; fill pan 2/3 full with cake batter. Average time for all letters/numbers is 28-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove inserts and invert cake onto cooling grid. After cake has cooled, invert cake onto a serving platter before decorating. Letters/numbers can be rounded slightly with a knife if desired.

Care:

Before first and after each use of Wilton Countless Celebration Cake Pan Set, wash pan, inserts and cutter. Pan inserts and cutter are dishwasher safe, however, for best results, hand wash in warm soapy water. Rinse and towel dry. Avoid using metal utensils, abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on bakeware. Some food may stain metal but will not affect pan performance.
