Storage: Store in a dry and cool place (18c-27c,RH<65%)
Ingredients: Veg gum, starcg, sugar, milk powder, salt, cocoa powder
Method:
1. MyIce creamy custard premix 375g, Water / Fresh milk 1000ml. Mix well for 5mins and stand for 10mins ++.
2. Soft butter (salted) 250g, Whipping cream 250g (optional)
